MI was established in 1979 with international accreditation and articulation of equivalency reciprocity with over 35,000 universities located in the USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, Latin America, Africa and the Republic of Cuba. Cedits are also transferable to over 1500 universities worldwide.
MI is an approved institution of higher education and accreditation status of tertiary education registered by the Bahamas Ministry of Education. MI offers the largest number of Bachelors, Master's and Ph.D degree programmes in the Bahamas and has graduated over 29,000 students since its establishment, some of whom are in leadership roles throughout the Commonwealth, United States and globally.
MI offers higher education degrees at Bachelor's, Master's and PhD. levels, as well as annually conducts strategic and critical thinking seminars addressing pressing issues, such as: academic, economical, world peace, conflict resolution strategies, combating cyber crime, including money laundering and illegal terrorist funding containment fully compliant with the Bahamas and United States' Patriotic ACT and in compliance with UN charters for human rights and civil liberties. Our fully accredited programs address the global challenges by offering business and professional degrees.
